About Zara

Zara is a Spanish retailer of clothing and accessories, founded in 1975. It is the primary brand of Inditex, the largest apparel retail group in the world. They also own brands like Pull&Bear and Stradivarius. Zara began to expand internationally in the 1980s. Continuing into the 2000s, they launched Zara’s website in 2010. Zara has a reputation for being expensive but providing in-demand and on-trend fashion. They sell clothes, shoes, and various accessories for women, men, and children. Zara also has a separate website and brand for homewares called Zara Home. There are more than 6,000 Zara stores across 88 countries.

Customer Services

Contact Zara customer services on the number to the left if you have a question about Zara. You can ask about anything from store locations to sales. Zara does not offer discounts, but you can always ask if there are any promotional offers on. Get more information about a particular product if the full details aren’t in the description. Call if you need help with your Zara online account, including cancelling your subscription to the marketing newsletter. Contact Zara to enquire about gift receipts. These allow the recipient of your gift to return the item in exchange for a voucher or a different size or colour if there is something wrong with it.

Online Orders

Shopping on the Zara website should be easy enough. It is better to create an account so you can monitor your orders, but it is possible to check out as a guest. Contact the payment method provider before you call Zara about problems with payments. If you have any issues placing orders, then dial the number to the left. Check an order actually went through if you do not receive confirmation of this. You can cancel an order yourself in your account, depending on its status. Call if you need to cancel your order but aren’t sure how to do it.  If you receive something that is faulty, or not what you ordered at all, then contact Zara to fix this.

Zara Delivery

Zara will deliver online orders to a home or work address, or to a specific Zara store for collection. There are other options for faster delivery or collection from a drop-off point with varying prices. You can track orders online through your account, or call the number to the left if there are tracking issues. Find out what has happened to your order if there are unexpected delays. You should request a refund of the extra delivery charge if they fail to meet the same-day or next-day slot you paid for. Call if you don’t receive notifications regarding despatch or delivery. Enquire about a store collection if you are not able to pick up your order.

Exchanges & Returns

Zara customers can return purchases within 30 days for a full refund or exchange for another size. If you return something after this date, Zara may refuse to accept it. They can also refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition. Call the number to the left to get help with arranging a home collection or getting a label and finding a drop-off point. You need either a printed receipt or a copy to display on your phone to return or exchange instore. Zara is notorious for refusing returns and exchanges if there is no receipt. No other proof of purchase is accepted, and they don’t issue store credit. Call if you do not receive a refund.

Zara Gift Cards

You can buy physical gift cards in Zara stores or order them online to be sent by post or just e-mail. They are redeemable for online purchases as well as shopping in the store. Unfortunately, you cannot top up a gift card. Zara will also not replace a gift card if it is lost or stolen. Call the number to the left if your payment with a gift card is rejected to find out why. You should call to learn what to do if you decide to return an unused gift card within 30 days of purchase. Zara Complaints

Call the number to the left to raise a complaint about Zara if you have a negative experience with the brand. You might want to complain about their restrictive refund and exchange policy. If you received poor treatment from staff either on the phone or in a store, report this to Zara. You can complain if you have been chasing up the same problem and Zara customer services keep failing to fix it. Though they don’t advertise much, Zara keep up-to-date on social media. You can follow their accounts on Facebook and Twitter. Message ZARA Care or tweet directly to @ZARA_Care to contact Zara online. They will reply to customers during the same opening hours as the phone lines.
