H. Samuel is a jewellery shop chain named after Harriet Samuel, who ran her father-in-law’s silversmith business. Her son opened the first H. Samuel retail shop in 1890. Delivery

When you order from H. Samuel online, there should be a delivery estimate at the checkout. The standard delivery option takes 3-6 days. Express delivery can arrive the next day, or in 2 days, depending on when you place the order. You can get free standard delivery on orders between £49 and £199, or free express delivery on orders above £500. Orders can also go to any H. Samuel store for collection within 4-8 days. Returns

There are two ways to return items to H. Samuel: in a store or by post. You can exchange items if you visit a store in person. The item must be in its original packaging and condition. Jewellery for piercings must be sealed and not worn. You can take items to any UK store as long as you have the receipt or despatch note. Gift items will either be exchanged or refunded with a gift card. You should print out a Royal Mail returns label to send something back by post. There is a cooling-off period of 30 days for returns. Gift Cards

Selecting a piece of jewellery for someone is a wonderful way to show that you know them. However, if you worry about whether they will like it, opt for a gift card instead. You can make someone feel special with a gift card to treat themselves at H. Samuel. You can add any amount in increments of £10 up to a maximum of £200. Repair Services

H. Samuel offers a variety of additional services besides just selling jewellery products. You can choose to engrave a product as a gift for an extra fee. This costs £21 for the inside of a ring or £16 for other items. If you want to make it even more personal, you can design a piece yourself. You can design new jewellery or bring in an old favourite for resetting or restyling. If your watch needs adjusting or servicing, you can take it back to H. Samuel for a repair. Complaints

When you experience an issue with a H. Samuel product, contact customer services first. If they do not fix the issue to your satisfaction, call the number to the left to make a formal complaint. You should complain about poor workmanship if your jewellery is not of the quality you expect. For example, if a piece is damaged too easily, or stones fall out. Complain about repair services if the item of jewellery looks completely different when they return it.
