All of Hearing Direct’s hearing aids come with a 12-month warranty in which all repairs are free during this time. After the 12-month, warranty hearing aid repairs are £60. Returns

All Hearing Direct products have a 30-day money back guarantee if you’re unhappy with your product. Returns during the 30-days are free with the Freepost from within the UK. The 30 days starts after the item has been dispatched to be sent to you, if you do not like the product or the product is broken you can ask for a replacement or a refund. If you wish to return the product after the 30 days you will need to contact the returns team on the number to the left to discuss if the return is appropriate and available.
