Claims

As Air Express has ceased trading you can make a claim for your tickets or accommodation under certain circumstances. If you booked your tickets and were issued with new scheduled tickets you will be able to travel and you are not entitled to a claim, you are advised to check with the airline’s that your tickets are valid. If you booked a flight and have not received tickets but you have an ATOL certificate that states “flight only sale” at the bottom right corner you may be eligible for a claim as well as if your flights are proven invalid, you can claim to the CAA via these forms.

If you paid via credit card you should apply to your credit card company for the claim as they may be able to issue you a reimbursement.
