Customer Services

Contact ParkingEye customer services on the number to the left if you have a question or a concern to discuss with them. They manage car parks for many sites, including hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, motorway services, retail parks, and hospitals. Find out if they are in charge of a car parking site if you plan to use it. You can enquire about which payment methods are in operation at the car park you will be visiting. Call to report a broken machine if you are unable to purchase or print a parking ticket. You can call to make legal enquiries about their enforcement practices. Learn how to appeal or check on the progress of an appeal.

Payments

To pay your parking charge, you can go online and pay by card or PayPal. You also have the option to pay by card over the telephone. Otherwise, you can pay by cheque or postal order if you send it to their PO Box in Chorley. Call the number to the left if you wish to make your payment on the phone. They accept Visa or Visa Debit, Mastercard, and Maestro. You will need to provide your 12-digit reference number for your parking charge. This will be on the correspondence from ParkingEye. The number has a forward slash character in it which you should replace with an asterisk when you are paying over the phone. Make sure that you pay the correct amount. ParkingEye doesn’t issue automatic refunds and will add a charge to unpaid balances.

Complaints

To complain about ParkingEye services, call the number to the left. You cannot appeal against a parking charge on this line, as they only accept written appeals. You can, however, complain about your treatment from ParkingEye during the process. You may want to criticize a delayed or total lack of response, rudeness or poor customer service from staff, or the quality of a car park they manage. Complain if you think that the car park charges or time limits are not reasonable. You can contact them regarding damage or theft to a vehicle in one of their car parks. For appeals, go directly to the car park owner before you involve POPLA.

While there is a section for vacancies on the website, you can also call the number to the left to ask to speak to HR. Find out which roles are available and how to send them a speculative CV. However, ParkingEye does not wish to communicate with recruitment agencies. Do not contact them about jobs unless it is on your own behalf.
