Depending on the account you apply for, you don’t have to pay for your order until you receive your bill or statement. It is important to keep on top of payments to avoid interest charges. First orders must go to the account holder’s address, but after that you can order to any UK property. Please allow 3 to 7 days for standard delivery and 5 to 7 days for personalized items. Heavy items may take longer and the production description will include this information. Returns

To check your cancellation rights, call the number to the left. Generally, Studio accepts returns of items in their original packaging within 14 days of you receiving them. Some items are not returnable, and some have a specific returns process. For this reason, you should call for advice on the returns procedure for the item you are returning. Studio provides a convenient returns address label with your invoice. You must pay for postage yourself and retain proof. The only exception is for goods which arrive faulty or heavy items such as furniture and appliances. Call to arrange a free collection in these instances. Allow 21 days for a refund.
