Pretty Little Thing Returns Policy
First of all, Pretty Little Thing doesn’t offer exchanges. This means that if an item doesn’t fit or you would prefer a different colour, then you have to return the item for a refund and order it again separately. You must return items to Pretty Little Thing in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. The products must all still have their tags on and any hygiene seals must be intact. You should not wear, use, or wash them before returning them. Pretty Little Thing won’t accept returns if you do, nor will they take back certain jewellery or beauty products and accessories. The only exception is if you find that an item is faulty, in which case you need to inform Pretty Little Thing. You can return faulty items within 30 days, but you have to arrange this with customer services for a refund or replacement.
How to Make a Return with Pretty Little Thing
Pretty Little Thing returns are free in the UK if you use one of their free returns methods. They should include the free returns label sheet with your invoice in your parcel. If you have lost the label, then you can print off another one easily enough. Just log into your account on the Pretty Little Thing website and go to your Order History. Click on the order that you want to return and print off the order details and a free Royal Mail returns label. If you can’t get to a Post Office, use your Pretty Little Thing order number to create a free returns label with Hermes, ToYou, Collect+ or Doddle. Then drop the parcel off at the nearest location for your chosen courier and get a postage receipt. It is important to keep this as proof that you actually sent the return back in case something goes wrong along the way.
Pretty Little Thing Refunds Policy
Whenever you return an order, Pretty Little Thing should refund you for the cost of the goods and at least standard delivery. You should request a refund of the delivery costs especially if they failed to uphold Next Day or Nominated Day delivery options. They should definitely refund you if the product they delivered was faulty. Allow up to 21 days for them to process your return and issue the refund. You should receive an e-mail from Pretty Little Thing when your return arrives at their warehouse. Then you should receive another e-mail once they confirm your refund. The funds should return to your original payment method within 3 to 5 days from this point. Contact Pretty Little Thing if there is a problem regarding your refund.
