James Dyson established his technology company, Dyson Ltd, in 1987. Most people know Dyson for the cyclonic vacuum technology the company developed. Though Dyson is famous for vacuum cleaners, the company also manufactures other appliances. These include hand dryers, hairdryers, bladeless fans, and heaters. Dyson also produces lighting, air purifiers, and humidifiers. The vacuum cleaners are popular due to their versatility, as they are usually cordless. Customer Services

Whenever you need more information or some assistance from Dyson, call the number to the left. The customer support team will talk to you about prices and product specifications. They can advise you on current or future stock levels, or point you to your nearest Dyson retailer. You can place the order over the phone if you prefer. Delivery

Should you have any questions or problems with the delivery of your Dyson product, call the number to the left. Most of the delivery options are free unless you wish to pay for a specific time of the day. Dyson will notify you if there is a problem with your address which impacts the delivery. Get in touch with them if you need to change your delivery date or time. However, you will be responsible for any additional redelivery costs. Call Dyson if there is an issue with your Click & Collect order (not including the opening hours of the store).

Returns

You have 35 days from the date of dispatch or receipt of the products to return them. Call the number to the left to let Dyson know you are cancelling your order. They will arrange a free collection of the product you no longer want. Dyson will process your refund within 14 days. Call if you do not receive your refund after 14 days from returning. You should make sure with Dyson that you are returning all items in good condition. This includes tools and accessories and bundles. Dyson will only refund you for the products you return.

Guarantee

The Dyson guarantee protects your machine for a period of time. During this time, if the Dyson machine becomes faulty, you will get a free repair. This includes free replacement parts. The warranty lasts for 1 to 5 years depending on the machine. Call the number to the left to find out how to register your machine, or if you need to make a claim under the guarantee. You should also check that the guarantee covers the particular problem with your machine. Dyson is not responsible for repairs for wear and tear or accidental damage.

Service Engineer

Machines work better for longer if you service them regularly. This is why Dyson Service Engineers offer a fixed-price service covering labour or spare parts. If your Dyson product is out of guarantee, you should call the number to the left to book an assessment. The Dyson Service Engineer will come to you to test the machine and advise you on anything they need to fix. Call to discuss which machines Dyson engineers can provide replacement parts for.
