How to cancel a Ryanair flight

There are only certain exceptions where you can cancel a Ryanair Flight, below we detail how and when you can cancel your Ryanair flight. You can phone Ryanair on the number, 0330 1007 838, to discuss your options.

Ryanair Refund Policy

Ryanair doesn’t offer a refund on flights, in most cases, but there is the option of changing your flights, which will incur a fee.

If you can’t make your flight you don’t need to tell Ryanair, also you can still use your return flight even if you don’t use the outbound flight.

Ryanair Flight Cancellation Policy

Whilst you can’t cancel your Ryanair Flights and expect a full refund, you can change them at a fee which is payable by you. You have up to two and a half hours before your flight is set to depart to make a change to your flight, this includes, dates, times, names and routes being changed. However, if you have already checked in on the flight you must phone Ryanair directly on the number above.

If you choose not to travel on your booked flight with Ryanair, and don’t change the flight, you cannot get a refund on the airfare, fees or charges. However, you have one month within the date of travel for a refund of the Government Tax you paid for the flight.

When requesting a Government Tax Refund there is an administration fee associated with it, and if your refund amount is less than the fee, no refund will be made.
