Toys R Us ceased trading in the UK on 24th April 2018. Contact the administrators before they close the business completely if you have queries or complaints.

Are you a Toys R Us customer? If you are, and you find yourself needing to speak to the Toys R Us customer service team, you can do so by calling the number to the left. You will be put through to a customer service representative who can assist you in a range of queries relating to shopping both online and in-store.

Toys R Us Customer Service

Call Toys R Us customer service on the number to the left for assistance with queries relating to an order you have placed, or an item you have purchased from a Toys R Us store. This could include an issue with the product itself, or an issue with the service provided by Toys R Us – such as the way you were treated by a member of staff, or being refused a refund when you should have been entitled to one. When you call the number to the left, you will be greeted with an automated message welcoming you to Toys R Us. From there, you can press 1 for store-related customer service queries, 2 for online order queries, 3 to speak to HR and 4 to speak to the marketing department. Online Orders

If your query is related to an order that you’ve placed online, call the number to the left and press 2 for online order queries. From here, you’ll be able to speak to a dedicated adviser about any issues relating to an online order, such as an item not being delivered or arriving damaged, or being charged for the same order multiple times. If you forget to press 2 for online order queries, don’t panic, you can simply hold and an operator will pick up your call.

Delivery/Click & Collect

If you have placed an order through the Toys R Us website for delivery, or to collect from your local store, and you have a query about the order, call the number to the left. You may wish to contact Toys R Us if your delivery is late or hasn’t arrived, or if you received the wrong item when you went to collect buysoma.net your parcel. By calling the above number, you can speak to a member of the Toys R Us customer service team, who will be able to help you track your parcel or assist with any issues.

Returns

If you have ordered from Toys R Us, or purchased a product from in-store and you are not satisfied, call the returns department on the number to the left. The team will be able to advise you on how to return your item for a refund, or exchange it for an alternative item. When you order online, you usually do this via the post. However, you can also call this number if you feel like an item you returned has taken a long time for the refund to come through.

BabiesRUs

BabiesRUs is a separate division of ToysRUs solely dedicated to babies. If you’ve ordered a BabiesRUs product online, or purchased one from a nearby store, and you are not satisfied, call the team on the number to the left.

Gold Card

If you have a Toys R Us Gold Card and you have an issue relating to it, you can call the customer service team on the number to the left. From here, you’ll be able to speak to an adviser about a range of issues relating to your gold card, including setting it up and the rewards.

Stores

If you wish to find out the location of your nearest Toys R Us store, or information such as the facilities available, or opening times, call the number to the left. You can also use this number to find out if your local store has a certain product in stock, which might be handy if you are shopping at peak times such as Christmas.
