Call Toys R Us customer service on the number to the left for assistance with queries relating to an order you have placed, or an item you have purchased from a Toys R Us store. This could include an issue with the product itself, or an issue with the service provided by Toys R Us – such as the way you were treated by a member of staff, or being refused a refund when you should have been entitled to one.
