Customer Services

Contact Wayfair customer services by calling the number to the left to speak to a person at Wayfair. Enquire about a product, whether it is for further information or checking stock. Place an order through the sales team instead of online if you prefer. They accept all the major debit or credit cards for payment, as well as PayPal, Purchase Orders, and Wayfair Credit. Shipping & Tracking

When you order through Wayfair you do not choose the method of delivery, Wayfair decides the appropriate despatch method for each item. There are fixed delivery fees depending on the cost of items, the delivery address, and the size of the delivery team. Returns & Replacements

The Wayfair returns policy enables you to change your mind and return products for up to 30 days. You must pay for the returns shipping yourself unless the item is faulty or delivered in error. Some items are non-returnable, so call the number to the left to find out if you can return your goods and how to do so. If your product is defective you can order replacement parts or a whole replacement product. You can simply return the item for a full refund if you do not want to do this. Wayfair Rewards

Frequent Wayfair customers can save money on their orders with the Rewards Program. Invite friends to shop on the website and when they make a qualifying purchase, you will earn Reward Pounds. These will appear in your Wayfair account as credit you can use to pay for orders. Every time you write a review on the website, you are also entering yourself to win £500 in Reward Pounds. Reward Pounds are only valid for spending for 90 days. If the referral recipient cancels the qualifying order, this will cancel the Reward Pounds.
