Asda Mobile Customer Services

Contact Asda Mobile customer services by calling the number to the left with general enquiries. Ask questions about the network, including coverage, restrictions, 4G availability, and SIM card types. Unfortunately, they do not provide Braille or Audio CD support. However, you can call customer services and they will talk you through setting up and using the Asda Mobile service if you need this. If you have any concerns about the terms and conditions of the Asda Mobile service, call to discuss them. They can suspend and disconnect your service for misusing it or if you do not use it for 180 continuous days. Call to request reconnection.

Asda Mobile Top Ups

You must pre-pay for your use of the Asda Mobile network by “topping up” your credit. You can link your payment card to your Asda Mobile account and set up a recurring Top Up. This way you won’t run out of credit because it will automatically top up your account. This could be any amount, from £5 to £50, and any frequency out of every 7, 10, 14, or 30 days. You can buy Top Up vouchers or order a Top Up Card to buy credit in shops. Or you can call the number to the left to purchase a Top Up over the phone. Call to amend and cancel any recurring Top Ups, or to set up a low-balance automatic Top Up to avoid ever running out.

Asda Mobile Bundles

Rather than paying as you go, if you use your phone frequently you might save money with an Asda Mobile bundle. You get a fixed allowance of call minutes, texts, and data for a fixed price, which lasts for 30 days. This gives you a lot more flexibility than signing a multiple-year-long contract. You can set your bundle to renew automatically each month (except data-only ones). However, your allowance will expire if you do not use it up in the 30 days. Call the number to the left to set up, change, or cancel a recurring bundle, or just check which bundle you are on. Call if you have used up your allowances and need to start your next bundle early.

Asda Mobile Roaming

If you need to call or send texts abroad while in the UK, Asda Mobile offers competitive rates for plenty of countries. Or if you are going abroad and need to call or text outside of the UK, they offer roaming services too. Their “Roam Like You’re Home” policy means that you can use your bundles in 50 European countries without paying anything extra. They only charge you for receiving calls outside of this European region. You should be able to top up and check your balance normally while abroad. Asda Mobile Cancellation

If you buy a phone from Asda then change your mind, you have 14 days to return it for a refund. This is only possible if you did not open or set up the phone, including detaching and inserting the SIM card. If you did, Asda will not accept the return. If you decide to switch to another network, contact Asda Mobile on the number to the left to request a Port Authorization Code (PAC). This will allow you to transfer your mobile number. You can request termination of Asda Mobile services at any point. However, you must pay any outstanding bills due on the date your service stops. Top Ups are also non-refundable, even if you have not used them.

Asda Mobile Complaints

If you are ever upset by the level of service from Asda Mobile, you can make a complaint. Call the number to the left and explain why you are not happy and what Asda Mobile has done wrong. You should also suggest what they should do to rectify the problem for you. They will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible but they may need to investigate it first. If you think they are taking too long, or you are unhappy with their final response, call and ask for a manager. You can request that the Complaint Review Service looks into it instead. This can take 10 working days. After 8 weeks, you can contact the Communications Ombudsman.

You can contact customer services through this account, but the response might not be the fastest. Try e-mailing them directly at asda.mobile@ee.co.uk for customer support.
