Harrods is one of the most famous luxury department stores in the world. The Knightsbridge store is the largest in Europe and has its own postcode. Harrods as a business dates back to the 1800s and has a reputation for its high-end products and customer base. Shopping at Harrods tends to be expensive, but they do run a loyalty scheme to reward frequent shoppers. This guide explains everything that you need to know about the Harrods Rewards card.
Harrods Reward Card Benefits
The benefits of the programme can change at any time, but they have been quite consistent since its launch. Earn points for every £1 that you spend in Harrods as a member. Harrods will then convert every 500 points to £5 cash on your Rewards card once a year for you to spend in the store. On selected days, you can enjoy extra points or exclusive discounts. You can also get a free Harrods Magazine subscription, and a complimentary tea or coffee each time you visit. Being a member also allows you to get a free gift box with a purchase once per day. You can choose 2 extra days to get 10% off per year as well, and get 2 hours of free parking and free standard UK delivery.

How to Join Harrods Rewards
You can sign up online to register for the Harrods Reward programme. Harrods will soon send you a welcome pack and your card in the post if you live in the UK. If you live overseas, then you must collect your card the next time you visit the store. Harrods will issue one Rewards card per customer, which is for personal use only. Visit the Rewards station on the third floor of the Harrods Knightsbridge store for assistance with your membership. You can go there to enquire about joining in person and get help with your registration. You must agree to their terms and conditions.
How to Activate Harrods Reward Card
When you register, Harrods will assign a unique Rewards card number to your Harrods account. You can then use this number to shop online or in-store right away. If you want to shop in the store before you receive your card, then you can ask for a temporary one. Just go to the third-floor Rewards station to collect it. Every time that you make a purchase, it will take 24 to 48 hours for the points to register on the system. As soon as your spend value reaches the next tier, Harrods will upgrade you. They will notify you to confirm your upgrade within 48 hours. If your spend value decreases the following year, then your membership tier will downgrade to the appropriate level of spending.
How to Collect Harrods Reward Points
Members will collect points on every qualifying purchase from Harrods. If you have a Rewards card, then you must present it at the point of purchase to collect points. You can only earn points on purchases that you make yourself. This means that you cannot give your Rewards card to anyone else. Harrods will adjust your points balance if you return any items for a refund. If you did not have your Rewards card with you, then ask if Harrods will add the points from the transaction. This decision will be at their discretion. You can earn points for qualifying purchases from the Knightsbridge store, UK airport stores, or the UK website. Harrods should send your points statement each quarter.
How to Redeem Harrods Reward Points
Only members in the Black Tier can redeem points by turning them into cash at any time. All other members must wait until 1st February the following year for Harrods to convert every 500 points into £5 for them. The Black Tier members must give 48 hours’ notice before shopping if they want to redeem points for cash. Any balance under 500 points will remain for the following 12 months. Lower level members will only get a cash reward once a year when Harrods automatically redeems their points for them. They will also only have a limited time to spend this.
Harrods Cash Reward
Each member’s spend throughout the year (from 1st January to 31st December) will accumulate a corresponding amount of points. Harrods will convert every 500 points from the previous year into £5 at the start of the next year. They credit this “current cash balance” onto the Rewards card. Members will then have from 1st February to 31st May that year to use their cash reward to pay for purchases from Harrods. The cash balance will expire if they do not choose to spend it by then. Similarly to points collection, there are some exclusions for cash redemption. The things that you cannot collect or redeem points on are explained further down. You can redeem them in part or full.
Harrods Rewards Mini Harrods
Members of the second Green Tier and onwards should receive an invitation to join Mini Harrods. This is the club for children of Harrods Rewards members. Mini Harrods offers exclusive benefits and treats for children up to 10 years old. Harrods will invite you to register your children for the club and send their welcome confirmation e-mail afterwards. Each child can collect their special welcome pack from the station on the third floor of the store. You can register their birthdays so they will get birthday treats, as well as benefits throughout the year. Harrods has a character called Oska-Poska, a bear who loves books. Children can follow his adventures with his animal friends. As our research shows, Viagra is a drug from the group of antidepressants, but its composition is not to relieve you from an oppressive mood, but to prolong your sexual intercourse as comfortably and naturally as possible and to exclude premature ejaculation. Harrods Reward Card Lost
If you lose your Harrods Rewards card, then you must contact Harrods to request a replacement. You can do so online, by phone, or at the third-floor Rewards station. Harrods will send out a replacement Rewards card as soon as possible. If you have only forgotten your card, then you can request a temporary Rewards card at the desk to use in the store. Otherwise, Harrods may be able to credit points to your account after the purchase if you ask them to.
How to Contact Harrods Rewards
The most direct way to speak to the Harrods Rewards team is to visit the station on the third floor at the Harrods store in Knightsbridge. Alternatively, you can phone the Harrods customer loyalty department on 0333 300 1234. You can also send an e-mail to rewards@harrods.com. You will need to provide your Harrods Rewards membership number whenever you contact Harrods Rewards. Contact them if there is an issue with your points or cash reward.
