Topps Tiles returns policy
You must return your Topps Tiles within 60 days of purchase. You can only return an item in-store (to find out how to return your items in-store follow the instruction below) and you are only able to return full boxes of tiles or individual tiles that have an RRP of more than £10 each. You need your original receipt as proof of purchase as without this you will not be able to return the items. Your refund will be issued in the same method as your original purchase and it should be processed within 10 working days. You will not be refunded for the delivery charge.
Topps Tiles returns in-store
You can only return Topps Tiles items in-store. You simply need to take the items with you to your nearest store with the receipt and go to the customer service counter or speak to a member of the Topps Tiles staff. You will need to go back to the store with the items you want to return within 60 days of buying them. When you get to the shop the staff will still have the right to refuse a refund if you have not brought in a full box or the individual tiles aren’t worth more than £10 each. If your tiles arrived damaged you will be able to receive a full refund.
Topps Tiles refund request
If you have ordered your tiles online but you have changed your mind about the order you can request a refund. You just need to go here and enter your order number and email. You can receive a full refund (including postage) if your order has not been dispatched yet. You will be notified within 48 hours of entering the request of whether the refund request was successful or not.
