Boohoo.com, or more commonly Boohoo, is a UK own-brand fashion retailer. It is an online-only business launched in 2006 with a target demographic of 16 to 30-year-olds. Boohoo.com became a success and operates in Europe, North America, Australasia, and the Middle East now in addition to the UK. Boohoo sells own-brand clothes, shoes, accessories, and beauty products. They offer unlimited next-day delivery to frequent shoppers for £9.99 a year with Boohoo Premier. Since they are online only, returns are not always so convenient and will often take a long time to process. Boohoo Returns Policy
Customers within the EEA (European Economic Area) have a period of 14 days to change their mind about an order and send items back to Boohoo for a refund. These two weeks begin from the day after you receive your order from Boohoo. If you receive your order in separate packages, then it begins from the day after the final part of your order arrives. You will have to give written notice of cancellation to Boohoo when you want to return something. You can print out and complete this Boohoo cancellation form and then include it in the parcel. How to Return Boohoo International Orders
If you order from the Boohoo site for your region, follow the returns procedure on your version of Boohoo.com. It should be more or less the same in terms of time frames and rules. The return options available will vary according to your country. In Ireland, you can return Boohoo orders with Parcel Connect. For any other countries, free returns are not available when you order from the Boohoo UK website. You can download this label and post the parcel to that address at your own expense. How to Get a Refund from Boohoo
In total refunds can take up to 21 days because this includes 14 days for the delivery and processing of the return parcel, plus a further 7 days for your bank to process your refund. You can use the tracking reference number from whichever carrier that you used (Royal Mail, Hermes, or Collect+) to see when your parcel makes it to the Boohoo distribution centre. From that date, you can expect it to take around 7 days for it to process through the Boohoo warehouse. Boohoo will send you an e-mail to let you know when they receive the return and issue the refund. You can ask for a refund of the delivery charge as well if you are returning an entire order altogether. This only applies to countries inside the EEA (European Economic Area) and to the cost of standard delivery. If you keep anything from an order, then you will not get a refund for the delivery charge. They will refund the amount that you paid for the returned items.
