Dreams is a British specialist bed retailer, selling beds, mattresses, bedroom furniture, and bedding. Since opening the first Dreams store in 1897, there are now over 190 stores nationwide. The company employs over 1,800 people across the business. The Dreams Bed Factory in Oldbury manufactures 160,000 beds and 200,000 mattresses every year. A fleet of delivery vans transports these from 10 distribution centres to the waiting customers. You can order products from Dreams online, or purchase them instore. The Dreams retail showrooms allow customers to view and test the mattresses before choosing the best one for them.

To place an order over the phone, call the Dreams sales team on the number to the left. You must be willing to give your personal details, including payment details, to the sales advisor so that they can place the order. Make sure you enquire about all the delivery and payment options, as they will help to find a cost-effective solution for you. They can talk you through all the extra services that are available for extra fees. You must call the Sales team to purchase the Bedcover Service Plan protection, even if you order separately online.
Dreams customer services are the team who handle all your aftersales queries. Call the number to the left if you need more information or assistance regarding a product or order. You have up to 48 hours after ordering to call and make amendments. After this time, Dreams will charge a 20% administration fee. This includes changes to your product size and assembly or recycling services with the delivery of your order. Call this number to invoke the Price Promise, make a Bedcover claim, get replacement fittings, or to just complain.
Once you place an order, Dreams will let you know the delivery date. They will send a text the day before delivery with the two-hour time slot. The delivery team will then bring your purchase to the room of your choice from Monday to Saturday, between 7am and 6pm. Call the number to the left if you need to change your delivery options. You can only do this up to 48 hours before delivery. Call if the delivery slot passes but the team did not deliver your item. If you ordered in-store, contact your Dreams store directly about delivery.
For online or telesales orders, customers can call the number to the left to arrange a return. This must be within 14 days of delivery, and the item must be in pristine condition with the original packaging. There will be a collection fee of £38. If your item arrives faulty or with missing parts and you wish to return it, call to let Dreams know and they will take it away with no charge. You can also call to cancel ahead of delivery. With store orders, customers can exchange mattresses under the 40 Night Comfort Guarantee but nothing else.
At Dreams, you can spread the cost of a purchase for up to 20 months with interest-free finance. This is only available on orders over £400 and up to £20,000. Dreams is the broker, while the lender is Barclays Partner Finance. Depending on the method of buying, you can make outstanding payments through your online account or at the Dreams store. You can also call Dreams on the number to the left for assistance with your payments. If you are having difficulty paying off your purchase, contact the finance provider directly.
With the motto “One Team, one Dreams,” the company aims to work as one team and value everyone. Call the number to the left to speak to someone at Dreams about recruitment opportunities. Call to ask for further details on induction training and career development. Apply for vacancies online and e-mail recruitment@dreams.co.uk if you have trouble.
