Oh Polly Returns Policy
When you place an order from Oh Polly, there is a “cooling off” period of 14 days when you can return items if you change your mind about them. The 14 days begin from the date that you receive the delivery. However, Oh Polly must receive the return items by the end of these 14 days. This means that you must allow enough time for the parcel to reach them when you post a return. If you are an international customer, you will have 30 days instead.
Oh Polly will only accept returns if the item is in its original condition with the tags still attached. This means no make-up stains, perfume, or pet hairs! If your product arrives faulty then you need to report this to Oh Polly before returning it. To return something to Oh Polly, you need to fill out the returns form from your invoice. Repackage the item carefully and take it to your closest postal service. You must pay for the return postage yourself. It is advisable to use a recorded delivery method and keep a receipt. Allow up to 10 working days for Oh Polly to process returns.
Oh Polly Refunds
Oh Polly will send you an e-mail when they issue your refund to confirm your return. They process refunds through PayPal and usually return the funds to the original payment method. If you return an order in full, then you should receive a refund for the items and up to the cost of standard delivery, unless the delivery was free. Otherwise, they will only refund the delivery charge if they are at fault for late delivery or damaged goods. If you return an item in that is not in its original condition, then Oh Polly may refuse a refund or charge a restocking fee. Oh Polly will not accept returns after 14 days from delivery of the order. If you request an exchange but the item you want is out of stock, then they will issue a refund instead. You will not get a refund from Oh Polly for the cost of return postage.
