Bershka Return Policy
Bershka gives you two options for returning your items, in-store or DropOff. You have 30 days to return your items and the returns are always free. You cannot return tights, socks, earrings, headbands and other hair accessories, these items cannot by exchanged either. When your refund has been approved you will receive the refund to the same payment method you used to purchase the items, this should only take a few days.
Bershka Returns In-Store
If you would like to return your items in-store, you can do so with an item you purchased from that store or from online. You need to make sure the store you’re returning the items to has the department your item of clothing what bought from, for example men’s or women’s. You will be given the refund via the payment method you used, if this was cash you will receive cash and if this was a card you need to make sure you have the same card with you. Please make sure your items follow the policy and have the tags on, unless the product was faulty. When returning in-store you need your receipt whether this is a physical receipt, an order confirmation on your phone or a receipt that is logged on the till.
Bershka Returns Drop Off
With the Bershka Drop Off return options you can leave your item at one of the collection points to be picked up to be returned to Bershka or use a Post Office to send your items back. Follow the steps bellow to find out how to return your items via the Drop Off option.
You can check the nearest return points to you on the Bershka website, they are usually a Post Office but may also be another store etc. The first thing you need to do is log into your account either on the app or on the online website.
In-App
Once you’re logged into the app you need to go to “my account”, on the app this is on the bottom bar. You then need to select ‘orders placed’, you will be shown all of your recent orders, click on the one you would like to return, then you need to select the “+ options” button. You then should click the returns option, select the reason why you would like to return it, repackage your items, print off your return label which you will receive through your email, stick the label onto your parcel and then take it to your local Drop Off point.
Online
When you have logged on to the website, you need to go to “my account” this will be the little person icon on the top right of the screen. Next you need to click the “returns” option that will appear on the bottom of the screen. You will be shown a list of all of your recent orders from bershka, select the items you wish to return, the reason you need to return them, repackage you items in their original packaging if you still have it, print out the returns label that will be emailed to you, stick it onto the front of your package and take it to your nearest Drop Off point.
