Printerland is a printer and ink sales company that was established in 1993 and is now one of the largest printer resellers in the UK with 1 in 3 laser printers in the UK bought from Printerland. Printerland has more than 20 years of customer service experience as well as a qualified group of more than 30 printer experts who are prepared to help you with any problem you may come across when installing or using your printer. Sales

Printerland sells a large range of printers, scanners and ink/toner cartridges as well as supplying multiple huge brands such as Canon, Kodak, Dell, Samsung and Brother. If you need help picking ink cartridges, laser printers, inkjet printers, dot matrix printer, all-in-one printers, mobile printing, scanners, or A3 printer’s you can discuss your options and needs to a member of the sales team who will be able to choose the right printer for your printing needs and uses. International Ordering

If you live outside of the UK you cannot order your printer/ink cartridges online, all orders must be made through the phone. You can pay for your goods with sterling bank transfer, sterling cheque, euro bank transfer, euro cheque, UD dollar bank transfer or US dollar cheque, you will be emailed these details of how to proceed with the bank transfers or cheque payments once requested. If you’re paying in Euros or US dollars the exchange rate will be based upon the exchange and account rate provides by the royal bank of Scotland for that day which will be calculated by a member of the sales team, you can ask for a quote if you call the number to the left. All goods can be sent worldwide through TNT and they can be tracked in real time through their website, delivery charges will be calculated at the time of ordering and will be based on whether you choose express or economy delivery, the weight of the items you’re ordering in KG and the location you with the products to be delivered to. There is also a £10 additional fee excluding UK VAT to insure the full value of the item excluding delivery costs. Shipping & Returns

If you have an order of over £125 ex VAT being delivered to UK mainland you may qualify for free next day delivery, if not you will be charged £6.50 + VAT. Delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Eire have delivery charges ranging from £10-£100 depending on location and weight, for a quote please call the number to the left. For next day delivery, you must order before 4.30pm if you place your order after 4.30pm on a Friday your order will not be processed until the following Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday. You will be emailed the tracking details of your order on the morning of dispatch and you will be able to track your order through the courier. If your item arrives faulty most products come with a 1-year warranty covering all parts and labour in some cases this warranty can be extended to 3 or 5 years by the manufacturer. If within 7 working days of the delivery you wish to return the products you can call the number to the left to confirm your return request, they will then email you details of how to return the product, you will be refunded within 30 days.
