If you have a query relating to an item that you have purchased in a H Samuel store, or an order that you placed using the HSamuel website, you can contact the customer service department on the number to the left. You can use this number for a range of queries such as being unhappy with an item you have bought, reporting a fault, experiencing difficulty ordering from the website or finding stock of a certain product. When you call the number to the left, you will hear an automated message warning you that calls will be recorded for training purposes. From there, you will hear some menu options. If you wish to place an order, press 1. If you have a query about an online order that you have placed, or are trying to place, press 2. If you wish to make a complaint, press 3. Lastly, if you need to speak to the HSamuel head office, press 4.

If you have an enquiry relating to a HSamuel store, you can call the number to the left. You can use this number to find the location of your nearest store, or information about the store such as its opening hours. When you call this number, press 1 to speak to customer services.

If you wish to find out whether a store has a product in stock, or you would like more information about a certain product, you can call HSamuel on the number to the left. The customer service team will be able to advise you if a store has stock or whether the website is expecting more stock.

When you call, you’ll need to press 2 to get through to the correct department, where an adviser can assist you with placing or amending your online order.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with a HSamuel product or service, you can contact the complaints department on the number to the left. When you call the number to the left, you can ask to be put through to the complaints department by pressing 3. The team will make a note of your complaint and try to come up with a solution there and then – if they can’t, they will take your contact details to call you back.
