AX Paris Returns Policy
If you buy an AX Paris product from a secondary retailer, such as ASOS, then you must return it to them according to their returns policy. This returns policy applies to orders directly from the AX Paris website. You can return items to AX Paris within 14 days of the delivery if you no longer want them. They must receive the goods in their original condition, with labels and packaging intact. Shoes must be in their boxes and hygiene seals must be unbroken for swimwear. You must return two-part sets completely because only part of a set will not be valid for a refund. Some items, such as earrings, are not returnable at all. You should check the returns information for each product listing.
How to Return AX Paris Orders
AX Paris must receive your return within 14 days of you accepting the parcel delivery of your order. This means that you should try your items on carefully as soon as you get them. Then you can complete your returns form and seal up the package with anything that you want to send back. If you lose it, then you can print another one here and fill it in yourself. You can just write out the information on a piece of paper and put it in the parcel if you aren’t able to print it. This includes your name, the order number, the product name, code, and size, and your reason for returning it. You will have to return the package to AX Paris by post. Whichever mail service you choose, you must pay for it.
AX Paris Royal Mail Returns
You can use a pre-paid Royal Mail label to return your parcel at a Post Office or Royal Mail delivery office. However, AX Paris will deduct the price of the return postage from your refund, so it is not a free return. You can set up the return online and create a trackable return with a label to print out and stick on your parcel. It requires you to select the shape and size of your parcel and enter your order number. You must also select your reason for returning the product. This could be due to a fault, the incorrect style, size, or colour, or simply a change of mind. You must also provide your details in case Royal Mail ends up having to return the parcel to the sender (which is you in this case).
AX Paris Collect+ Returns
Another returns option for AX Paris orders is to use CollectPlus. You can create the label online and print it off yourself. Stick it to the outside of the parcel, covering the return address. Then bring it to the closest Collect+ location. There are thousands of Collect+ drop-off locations, most of which are open until late, so you should be able to find one 7 days a week. There is no charge at the time when you create a return with CollectPlus. However, as with Royal Mail returns, AX Paris will deduct the cost from the refund that they give you. This will usually cost £3.95. You can also track your Collect+ return using the reference number on the receipt, which you should keep.
AX Paris Faulty Items
You have up to 30 days from receiving an item to report a fault to AX Paris. Contact their customer service team immediately if your item arrives with a fault, or as soon as possible if it develops a fault when you try to wear or use the product as intended. You should also contact AX Paris right away if you receive an incorrect item, including the wrong size, or if an item is missing from your order. AX Paris will not permit you to make alterations to a faulty item even if you are trying to fix it. They will expect you to return the item to them for inspection before they can arrange a replacement or refund. When you contact them to report the problem, they should advise you on how to proceed.
AX Paris Refunds & Exchanges
When you return anything to AX Paris, they will not refund the original delivery charges. You must also pay for the return postage yourself. They specify this on their website, and you are agreeing to these conditions by placing an order with them. They also specify that exchanges are not possible. This means that you have to return something for a refund then place a new order if you want an exchange. Refunds can take up to 30 working days to process. Contact AX Paris if you do not receive a refund by then. If they receive your return parcel more than 14 days after delivering your order, then they will only issue a gift voucher.
