Karen Millen founded her company in 1981 after studying fashion at university. After opening the first store in Kent in 1983, they began to expand with stores throughout the south of England. Karen Millen Returns Policy

Unfortunately, once you’ve placed an online order with Karen Millen, they can’t cancel or amend it. You will have to return the order for a refund when you receive it. Karen Millen allows 14 days from delivery to notify them that you want to cancel the order. Then you will have a further 14 days to return the order to Karen Millen. Karen Millen Exchanges

Karen Millen only offers exchanges when you buy products from a store. You must return them in brand-new condition with your receipt within 30 days to do this. Karen Millen will process your refund straight away when you return an item to a store. However, it can take 3 to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account. This depends on your bank’s processing time. They will issue the refund back to the original payment method. When you return by post, it can take much longer. The parcel could take several days to get to Karen Millen, then it could take another few days for them to process it. Even after they send you the e-mail confirming the return, it can take a few days again to receive the refund. If you paid with a gift card or an e-voucher, then they will issue a replacement with the refund amount on it. They will send this to the e-mail address associated with your Karen Millen account.
