Not on the High Street Returns

Not on the High Street is an online marketplace which hosts independent sellers. Customers can browse and buy unique items from them through the Not on the High Street website. It is a common source of creative presents for special occasions. However, it is like placing orders with third-party sellers on Amazon. The individual seller will be responsible for the order, and the returns policy may be specific to the seller or the item. Read the guide below and find out how returns work at Not on the High Street if you want a refund. It tells you what can be returned and how.

Not on the High Street Returns Policy

Before order acceptance or dispatch, there is a small window of time where you may be able to cancel an order. You can do this by contacting the seller through your account. If it is too late to cancel, you will have to wait for delivery and then return the order. The returns policy allows you 28 days. You must tell the seller that you want to return an item within 14 days of receiving it. Then you will have a further 14 days to actually post the item back to the seller. You must re-package the item and send it back using a secure and trackable delivery service. When you choose to return something, you will have to pay for the postage yourself. This applies to cancellable items only.

Not on the High Street Return Exclusions

Not all items that you can order from Not on the High Street are cancellable. It should tell you in the product listing whether an item is returnable for a refund or not. Exclusions to the returns policy are anything bespoke, such as personalized items or things made to specific requirements, including creative commissions. You cannot return perishable items like flowers or food. If a product has a hygiene seal, you cannot return it if you break or remove the seal. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
