If you need help understanding when to change your tyres or have them assessed you can call the tyre guide contact number where a professional will be on the line to talk you through what to look out for when your tyres are getting old. Things that you are able to discuss over the phone will be advice on how to read a tyre, advice on caring for your tyres, how to test tyre pressure and information about tyre repairs should you need it. When you call Dustcap’s tyre services contact number you will be given immediate access to their tyre services via an automated telephone operator. Press 1 for Dustcap’s guide to tyres, Press 2 for information about how to read your tyres and Press 3 to speak to an operator. If you would rather gather information about your tyres by speaking to someone over the phone then please press three and state the brand of your tyres and their size.
Tyre Fittings
Please only call the tyre fittings contact number if you are a Dustcap customer as this is where you will be able to book for someone to come out and fit your tyres for you. You will be able to book the appointment over the phone and a member of the Dustcap team will ask you when you are available for a tyre fitter to come out to you. There are certain time slots that you can book over the phone and the person you are speaking with will inform you of these. Once you have decided on a date and time that will suit you, you will need to give your personal details and the address that your vehicle will be at at the time of the fitting.

You can find detailed tyre care information on the Dustcap website, but this number is also available to anyone that would like some specific information. You can call this number during its opening times to get any information you might need about caring for your tyres.
Complaints
As a Dustcap customer, you might find yourself needing to call their complaints line to report something that you are unhappy with. The complaint should be resolved there and then on the phone and you should be satisfied with the outcome. If you have explained your grievance to the operator on the other line and there is no way it can be resolved during the phone call, it will be transferred to the relevant department and the operator will let you know when you can receive a call back with the outcome of your complaint.
