Graham and Green was first established in 1974 in the heart of Notting Hill. It is a family-run furniture business that focuses on an eclectic style that has evolved with the modern-day London area.

Graham and Green Catalogue

The Graham and Geen catalogue features all of Graham and Green’s latest products and allows you to order anything you might like the look of. When you call the catalogue helpline you will be given one of two options. Press 1) to order a catalogue to your address (you will speak to an advisor who will take your contact details and give you an estimate of when you can expect to receive the catalogue) or you can Press 2) to order a product you have seen in the catalogue, over the phone. If you have seen something that you would like to order, please quote the product’s reference number when speaking to a member of the Graham and Green team and they will then take your delivery details, again informing you of when you can expect to receive your items.

Graham and Green Products

There are endless furniture pieces available from Graham and Green and whether you have spotted a piece in a magazine or have found something in the catalogue, you will be able to discuss any product in further detail by ringing the products contact number and speaking to a Graham and Green expert. The customer assistant that you speak with will be able to answer any questions about the products such as how to look after them, what size they are (measurements) and the materials that they are made from. The operator will inform you as to whether the items you are interested in are currently in the Graham and Green warehouse or whether you will have to order them in.

Graham and Green Subscription

You can press 1) to subscribe to the newsletter and you can inform an operator of your mail address or you can press 2) to cancel your subscription. Both processes are straightforward, quick and easy.

Graham and Green Delivery/Returns

Again, upon dialling the number, you will be put through to the switchboard where you will be able to press 1) for delivery and 2) for returns. If you select the delivery option, you will be able to track your order – you will be required to give your order reference number to the adviser on the phone (this can be found in your order confirmation email) and the operator will tell you the whereabouts of your items and when you can expect them. If you press the second option you will be able to discuss how to go about returning an item and the conditions that are required in order to receive a refund.

Graham and Green Complaints

This number is for anyone who might have a complaint to make to Graham and Green, whether you are unhappy with their products or have a grievance against their customer service. You will be put straight through to an operator when you dial this number. Hopefully, the complaint will be resolved there and then after you have explained your issue, but if not, the operator may explain that you can expect a call back once your complaint has been put through to the correct department.
