About Overclockers

Mark Proudfoot had the idea for what was to become Overclockers UK in 1999. Selling stable overclocked CPUs helps to take the risk out of overclocking. “Overclocking” is configuring hardware to operate much faster than manufacturer standards, which voids the warranty. Overclockers UK opened its first premises in Stoke-on-Trent in 2000, moving to Newcastle-under-Lyme in 2009. Caseking acquired the company in 2012. This led to changing the name to OCUK Ltd, moving to a bigger facility, and opening a custom shop.

You cannot return an item to Overclockers without a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Call the number to the left to notify Overclockers of cancellation and they will issue an RMA number. To do this, you will need to provide your order number and the item details. Overclockers will give you the address for your returns, and advise you to obtain proof of postage. You have 14 days from receipt of goods and 14 days after cancellation to return them. Overclockers will refund you within 14 days of receiving the return items.
